About Krishi

The idea of group housing society was evolved at Krishi Bhavan, Accordingly the Krishi Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd was registered in 1979. The society had mobilized the resources within the very short period and applied for the allotment to the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in 1981. The society after the allotment of flats to the members has made a lot more efforts in building infrastructure with emphasis on plantations. During the last 21 years, the environmental atmosphere has improved due to landscaping of lawns, development of nursery, flower beds, hanging flower baskets etc. As a result, the society was awarded cash incentives for environmental improvements by the DCHGC, New Delhi for continuous three years.
